fly Les' Irish Curse was first introduced to the public on "Opening Day" 1975.  It added to the circus atmosphere by nailing a few big fish early. Everyone had to have some, it was the only fly that would catch fish that day.  After the next few weeks, Les was so tired of looking at chartreuse fur, that he quickly droped the fly from the shop. Over the last 31 years it has been a good fly.
