Once a Month Shannon's will post a fly of the month. Les hand selected one of his favorite fly patterns to share with all of you. This fly may be one of Les's creations, a new pattern from one of our local Fly Tiers, or one of the old classics.

 Fur dubbing blend, 20 parts claret and 4 parts dark brown rabbit

 White hackle points tied spent
Hackle:

 Rear hackle cream, Front hackle coachman brown, 4  turns each

We've had good luck with this pattern wherever we have used them. Don't be afraid to give this fly an occasional twitch when you see fish feeding during the spinner fall. Trout taking Iso spinners aren't sipping them gently. They're eating them!-JH
